Your work is important. Your hopes are inspiring. You have invested in people, and you may be wondering, "Where is the harvest?"
If this is you, I am guessing you feel discouraged and frustrated.
It is disheartening when you have little to show for the hard work of investing in people. You may even question your call, your competency, or God.
I've been there before. My name is Jon Drebert, and fortunately, mentors taught me the principles I now pass on in the alignment series. The ministry I am a part of got unstuck! The number of those contributing grew; they became passionate and ministry-oriented, those we served were transformed, and God's Kingdom grew.
I want you to get unstuck. You need a way to get you out of the mud and back on track with your hopes within God's kingdom!
The Alignment Series is for Churches who want to see more fruit come from their ministry work. It includes an Assessment, Workshop and Coaching. There are five sessions in the workshop, each addressing an aspect of the church. Work well within these areas, and your church will see a harvest. Work poorly, and your church will be stuck despite the hard work and good intentions. To see the fruit you hope for, you must understand four concepts and how they interplay with each session of the Alignment Series: alignment, clarity, focus, and urgency.
In this session, we answer the questions; what is Christ asking of the church, and how will you do it in the context of your community?Â
In session two, we examine how to communicate well with those within and outside the church to gain a positive response to Christ. While we can't control people's decisions, we can control our communication.
We will review your church's current programs, events, and services in the ministry session. We will narrow your focus by aligning and clarifying all church ministries with your mission.Â
In session four, you will develop a plan to grow your income and other resources to produce a more fruitful ministry. The four lenses of alignment, clarity, focus, and urgency will guide you throughout this session.
During the session on people, we will learn about a growth map for those you are trying to reach. Each individual in the church will write a development plan for themselves.Â
If you are not satisfied after applying the principles taught in the Alignment Series, I will refund you the full amount.
$1,200 is the cost of the Alignment Series. This includes the full report from the assessment, 8 hours of workshops, tools, and 3 months of coaching.
Taking the Alignment Series is a small cost relative to the financial resources that will come once you have implemented the ministry plan. In the workshop, you learn to outline a plan to raise the resources you need to complete the mission Christ has called you to.
I get it you are busy. Applying the principles you learn in the Alignment Series will focus your time and energy on the right things to get you where you want to go. Technically, you can't get more time, but a refined focus will eliminate wasted time which is even better than additional time!
First of all, you don't need to convince them. They can do this on their own by taking the free assessment and reading the report. This tool will help everyone get a good understanding of the church or ministry's needs and how beneficial the Alignment Series may be. Plus, they will gain some ideas that will have an immediate impact on the ministry.
The assessment will outline your church's strengths and weaknesses relative to an effective ministry.
Do you want to see your church come alive? Do you want to see the impact you hope for become a reality? Do people in your church know their role and how to do it effectively? Are you seeing your community transformed by Christ?
You will receive a report describing your strengths and where to best put your efforts.
Your people will become aligned, know their roles, and make an impact.
3 months of coaching as you begin implementing the principles.
A focus on Jesus. John the Baptist said it well, "He must become greater, and I must become less and less." John 3:30 NLT
A lens to view the world that leads to action. "Jesus saw the huge crowd as he stepped from the boat, and he had compassion on them and healed their sick." Matthew 14:14 NLT
An understanding of the actions Jesus modelled and asks his disciples to do. "Then he sent them out to tell everyone about the Kingdom of God and to heal the sick." Luke 9:2 NLT
We will learn from Jesus what to celebrate. "In the same way, there is more joy in heaven over one lost sinner who repents and returns to God than over ninety-nine others who are righteous and haven't strayed away!" Luke 15:7 NLT
Get past the
discouragement and frustration.
